Buy the Entourage House

We've seen a condo used on the television show "Entourage" go up for rent and now another property once inhabited by the Vincent Chase and his gang is on the market but this one is for sale. Our sibling blog Housing Watch reported that the house used to film the seventh season of the hit HBO show is on the market for $5.75 million. The 9,000-square-foot Tuscan villa in Encino, California was built in 2008 and designed by Colbourn Currer Noll Architecture. It is a one-story home with double-height ceilings in most rooms. Fans will recognize the entertainer's kitchen with two islands where Johnny Drama, Chase's brother, played by Kevin Dillon cooks for the rest of the friends. The home also includes a media room with surround sound and built-in iPod decks.

The motor court that has a stone fountain in the center and double garage doors in either side and the central hallway has arched columns. The living and dining rooms are open space with 24 foot-high ceilings with a series of steel-trussed scissor beams. The living room has a masonry fireplace with marble mantel and base. Marilyn Mandel of White House Properties and Bob Hurwitz of Hurwitz James Co. have co-listed the property.
